Every band on my calendar is very well worth checking out!! I don't put nearly every show from Sparks west to Davis and Chico south to Yosemite on it. Soooo, if you haven't heard a band on my calendar, I BEG of you to click on the band's name for numerous links to the band's web sites so you can listen to and see the band (live and for free on Archive and YouTube, free on MySpace and Rhapsody). Then you can make an informed decision to go to the show or not. Non-regional bands don't play near you often and bands break up constantly, so if you miss the show on my calendar you may very well never get another chance near you.
Please give the bands on my calendar just a listen if nothing else!!! They ALL deserve it and it most likely will benefit YOU tremendously!! Doing so does not benefit me except that I'm happy that I turned someone onto a great band and that I didn't waste my time adding the show to the calendar and the links to their sites. Thank you for expanding your musical horizons!!
Pretty please with lobster (lobster is SOOO much better than sugar!) on top check out ALL the pages for each show!! The best pix are usually on the last pages because later in shows the bands and crowd are more into it and the lighting is better, especially at twilight shows. You and your friends may also be in pix on the later pages. The pix are merely in the order I took them to reduce the incredible amount of time it takes me to post them. I post all the pix I do because I think they're worthy of many people looking at them. If many people don't look at them (every successive page of every show gets half as many views as the previous page and even the first page of most shows gets at most only 30 views), I'm VERY disappointed that I wasted so much time to crop and post them. Thank you!!
